> Bookings can be made by email or telephone and enquiries can also be made via the - enquiry form
Each booking should be confirmed by a completed booking form, which will be sent to you by post upon booking.
> A deposit of £50 per cottage should accompany the completed booking form. An invoice will be sent for the balance, which is payable no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date.
> Bookings made within 4 weeks of the arrival date should be accompanied by the total rent.
> If you have to cancel your booking please telephone us immediately and confirm your cancellation in writing by first class post. We will do our very best to re-let the property. If we are successful we will refund to you all the monies received, less the deposit. If we are unable to re-let the property, you will be held liable to pay the full balance due on the property you booked. We strongly advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover against this possibility.
> The proprietors reserve the right to cancel or alter the booking arrangements. In the event of cancellation the proprietors shall be liable only for the return of any monies received.
> Bookings are typically from 4pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10am on the Saturday of departure.
> The residents are responsible for the condition of the property and of the furniture and equipment therein.
> The proprietor is not liable to the resident or members of the resident's party for loss of or damage to any belongings of any of them or of any of their visitors.
> All animals must be kept under strict control at all times - dogs must be kept on a lead - at all times (the farm has free range poultry and breeding cattle).
> These conditions may be varied by the proprietor as necessary due to changes in statute or statutory instruments.
> During the residents' right to occupy the property he/she shall not sublet or otherwise part with possession of it.
> The number of occupants of the property must not exceed the number stated on the booking form unless prior written approval is obtained.
> The information and descriptions contained in the proprietors brochure and website are for guidance only. The proprietor shall not be held responsible for any misdescription or false information contained therein.
> The residents' right to occupy the property is limited to a right of occupation for holiday purposes and such right shall terminate at 10am on the final Saturday.
